Featured Outdoor Organization

Every month we will highlight an outdoor organization that promotes and supports women in the outdoors and is inclusive of equity and diversity. This month we invite you to learn more about Outdoor Afro and their inspiring founder/leader, Rue Mapp who was recently featured on the Today Show sharing her love for nature and opening spaces for women and people of color.

Everybody needs beauty as well as bread, places to play in and pray in, where nature may heal and give strength to body and soul.
